We offer a 14 day money-back guarantee for problems with a service provided.

If you have a problem with a service provided, we undertake to fix the problem within 14 days from the time of your notice.

If it is established that the problem with the service provided is a major problem that cannot be fixed within a reasonable time, we will refund the cost of the service within 14 days.

Payment:

  • Payments may be paid by cash, credit card, or bank transfer.
  • Payments must be paid within 7 days.

 

Cancellation:

  • Cancellations must be made in writing by the client.

Changes:

  • Services are provided in good faith and may be subject to change. We cannot accept responsibility for action taken by the persons outside our control. However, reasonable endeavour will be made to offer alternative service, should this occur.
  • Tariffs are subject to change without notice.
  • The description of the services is given in good faith; no responsibility for misrepresentation will be accepted.
